Speaking - virtual or in person

I have seen many amazing, engaging speakers that left me energized and ready to take on the world.

I have also seen experts in their field give talks so dry that I was tempted to poke my eye out with a stick.

I am not that speaker.

Fun, authentic engagement is a core value of mine, and I believe that life is too short to spend listening to a boring keynote or zoom call.

My speaking experience includes providing keynotes for conferences, guest speaker for community groups and women’s retreats, MC and facilitator for women’s entrepreneurship events – both online and in-person, wellness week sessions at high schools, and spokesperson for breast cancer awareness campaigns.

Some topics include:

  • Stop the Dive and Start to Thrive: an exploration of the self-sabotage that keeps us stuck in the muck
  • Prevailing over Procrastination
  • Create the Experience you Want for your Life
  • The Comfort Zone: Comfy? Or just familiar?
  • Taming your Inner Critic
  • From Survive to Thrive: Finding Joy after Cancer

I am also willing to chat about a topic that works for you!

Podcast Guesting

As the ultimate entrepreneur, Seth Godin says “podcasting is the generous act of showing up, earning trust and authority because you care enough to raise your hand and speak up.” (Seth’s blog)

This is me, raising my hand.

I LOVE guesting on podcasts. There are some brilliant people out there, sharing amazing work. And when they choose me to speak, I am honoured to spend time with them!

I’m called to forge a path to authentic engagement – with myself, my people, and the world around me – and my interviews show just how I love to live life with purpose on purpose. My wheelhouse is self-sabotage and procrastination, but I love to speak about all things entrepreneurship, and how showing up fully, completely, will help us grow our businesses and our impact in the world.

Workshops

The number one reason that teams are ineffective is because people do not feel seen, heard, or understood. As a certified Executive Coach, I can help you build more effective teams, groups, or non-profit boards.

Let’s chat about how I can help!

As Seen On

Teri Kerr is such a breath of fresh air! She is so authentic and not afraid to be 100% herself. As a guest on "Let's Talk HR - Humanizing the Conversation," Teri really brought a unique perspective and story that made me laugh (so hard) but also brought in a personal story of struggle (and eventually triumph) that tugged at my heartstrings, making her story all that more impactful. Thank you for being so colorful and authentic.
