Pivot: From Survive to Thrive – Episode 4

BY THE UNSTUCK DUCK

Cecile Andreas – Crux Coaching

Cecile Andreas was diagnosed with breast cancer 20 years ago, and this is the first time she’s told her story publicly. As a physician, she struggled with how the public health system worked with cancer patients. She bravely pivoted to include coaching in her general practice, and ultimately chose to focus on coaching full time. Her only regret was not doing it 10 years earlier.

Now, 20 years later, she is an Executive Coach and professor at Royal Roads University in group and team coaching. You can learn more about Cecile and her practice, Crux Coaching, or or Facebook or Instagram.
